Woamy is a spin-off from Aalto University in Finland that develops fully bio-based packaging foams from kraft cellulose to replace petroleum-derived foams such as expanded polystyrene.
It is a mould-free, continuous and fast-drying foam manufacturing process with low energy consumption and readily available raw materials, which allows it to be recycled together with paper.
